This was once a place joy. A place for laughter. A place for love. Now it contains
none of the above.
I have packed my bags. I have moved on. Looking backward before I am gone.
I leave a smile. I leave a tear. Something very special happened here. I found my muse. I found my voice. I found my heart. I had no ch

Flowers of my loveYou always give me flowers. For no reason at all. Just to show me your love. The flowers say it all.Flowers of my love
My love for you could not be in put in vase. My love for you would be a field of wild flowers. As far as the eye could see. To play in. To dream in. To let love be. The sun would shine. The bees would hum. Begging the butterflies to come. You would be my meadow. Simple and true. Just like my love for you.
I can smell the roses in your english garden. Trellis reaching the sky. Fountains and benches tempting

HeartsickThe rain mingles with my tears. It runs down my body. Engulfing me with sorrow. I tip my head back and offer my prayers to heaven. To have the strength to say good bye. I am heartsick and broken. My heart lays on the ground. drowning in my tears. I need to pick up the pieces. To mend my broken heart. I hang my head and start to walk away. I feel a hand on my shoulder I turn and see all of my friends handing the pieces back to me. The click together to form my heart. Slightly cracked, but mended by love.Heartsick

Hey kids, shake it loose together
The spotlight's hitting something
That's been known to change the weather
We'll kill the fatted calf tonight
So stick around
You're gonna hear electric music
Solid walls of sound
Sets upon the slow, cool
waves of the lake
that brush quietly upon the shore
I wait.
Wondering where the wind
that chimes through the trees goes
as it stirs the waters
and lilts past my ear
Wondering, as it passes,
why I hear
and feel and smell
what I can\'t see
Wondering when the fall will come,
brightly painting the leaves
that shiver on the trees,
shuddering in the wind that I feel,
and hear, and smell,
but can\'t see.
Wondering if anyone can
see me here, sitting,
quietly waiting and wondering,
in the wind off the lake.
Summer sets,
and I wonder what tomorrow will bring.
More wind? Perhaps. Maybe rain.
I don\'t know.
so as the wind continues on,
I wonder;
And wait.

--- "I intend to live forever. So far, so good." - Steven Wright
Alive and irrepressible
full of bright, dancing rivels
cause by the vivid breeze
that stuttered across the lake.
If I had been younger
I would have run into the water
reveling in its cold bite
clutching my skin.
If I had been older
I would have pulled my coat
closer and scrunched down, vexed,
inside myself.
But I opened my arms
and, with closed eyes,
welcomed the sting of cold air,
feeling alive and ready.
Was I?
Am I?
I remember the water.
And the sky that was clouded, shock gray and ready.
And the breeze that was swift, turbulent and exultant.
Alive.
I remember the water
and I remember that
I was,
I am,
alive.

But you go anyway.
Don\'t go, I say,
But you\'re gone before I can take another breath.
I hear laughing.
There is happiness all around me.
I know it\'s there.
But I don\'t see it in me.
I feel her heat.
Her body pressing against mine
She takes me, sucks me in,
Envelopes me in her passion.
I am so happy. Then she goes.
I am alone.
I know my worth.
But it means nothing here, or now
Because I am alone.
I think of you.
I smile.
But I know I\'m not worth
what you can give,
except when you are here.
And I am alone.
And I am wonderful.
But I am nothing
When you\'re not here
I am beautiful,
But I am nothing when you are gone
I am strong,
But I am nothing when I\'m alone
And, now, I am alone.

Brightness, glowing from you like
The warmth from the sun at mid-day.
Bursting, shining, blinding all around you
With desire, with wanting you.
I look at me and I see
Old, fading light like from the
Dying flames of a fire in a hearth.
Flaring up occasionally, the flames
Trying to burst up, roaring, as new,
But quickly falling back, quiet and smoldering.
I look at us and I see
Light more intense than the noonday sun
Together we shine bright, flooding all around us
With the intensity of our passion, the endlessness of our love.
I look and I see,
How you are so much more of me than I am of myself.
How, without you, I am a dim ember waiting for the breeze of
Your essence to ignite me once again.
How you embrace me with your heat, and fuel my passion and desire.
Making me more than I am able to be on my own.
I look at you and I see
Beauty and desire incarnate and real.
I look at me and I see
You, burning bright, shining strong.
I look at us and I see
Heat and fire, passion undimmed.
I look at me and I see...
You.

--- "I intend to live forever. So far, so good." - Steven Wright
My stomach is queazy, my hands shake and sweat.
Is this love? Is this longing? Is this desire I feel
more than the foolish emotions of a fool of a man?
I ask myself, as I sit and shiver from something
I can\'t understand, are you imaging this?
Is your mind soaring with fantastical dreams
That you can\'t help but dream in silent repose?
I know love. I have seen its myriad forms.
Love of parents, love of children,
Love of friends who come and go.
The totality of love that only a lover can give.
I know what I feel. I have felt this before.
In times past, I waited, I pined, I wished
For the love that kept passing me by. But pass it did,
Leaving only the sweet scent of roses in it\'s wake.
I must live with this in silence. Never talking,
Never revealing what burns inside me
And consumes my heart and soul completely.
Never waning, never dying, bringing joy and sadness.
But I can\'t help, despite the sadness, to feel filled with light,
Shining as perfect as any light could shine.
Razing depression and sorrow, searing into my heart and
Writing words there that I long to say, long to hear, long to live.
I love you. So simple, but full of all emotions.
The phrase sounds quaint, often spoken with little thought,
Little regard for the feelings and sensibilities of the one loved.
Said when inappropriate, not said when its needed the most.
I love you. Meaning little or meaning much depending
on how its said and who its bestowed upon.
Parents. Children. Friends. Lovers. All receive this gift
that I give freely and with little regard for my feelings and sensibilities.
I love you. It\'s what I say to myself when I think of you,
See your face. Feel your warm breath upon my cheek.
Its what I never say lightly, and always deeply and true.
But would you understand what I meant when the words leave my lips?
But, how could I expect you to know what is in my mind, in my heart?
Its something I can\'t say to you, for fear of bringing confusion and sadness.
Its something kept inside, carefully hidden from the sight of the world.
Its what I hear myself saying to you, but only in my mind\'s ear.
So, inside it stays, shining, burning, ready to burst at any moment.
But I capture it before it leaves and push it back into my core.
The pressure of it trying to escape makes me tremble inside.
Makes my stomach queazy and my hands shake and sweat.
I shiver from something I don\'t understand. I am not imaging this.
My mind soars with wonderful dreams of what I imagine could be.
Even though reality intrudes with constant urgency,
I know, as I draw each breath, that I love you, heart and soul.
But, the joy of knowing you. The thrill of seeing you.
The passion of hearing your voice as it sings to me,
These and more are all I need, I can soak them up
And burn them into my heart, knowing that I love you, forever.

If I could.
But, things being as they may,
I can only wish you sunshine
And beautiful colors,
Soft and sweet,
Like the flowers that I would bring you,
If I could.
I would paint you a sunset
Of blazing orange and yellow,
And Red and gold.
And hang it on your wall every day,
If I could.
But, as it is these days,
I can only wish you sunshine
And beautiful colors,
Bold and brilliant,
Like the sunset I would paint for you,
If I could.
I would take you to a island paradise,
If I could.
But, things as they are,
I can only wish you sunshine
And beautiful colors,
Fragrant and warm
Like an island paradise
Where I would take you
If I could.
If I could
I would make all your tears dry
And chase your cares and frowns
Away forever,
Leaving only your sweet, loving smile.
But as it is,
All I can do is hold you
And kiss you
And tell you that I love you
More that the flowers,
More than the sunset,
More than the island full of
Colors and sunshine and warmth,
That I would give you,
If I could.

Wondered whatever became of me,
I'm living on the air in Cincinnati, Cincinnati, WKRP.
Got kind of tired packing and unpacking,
Town to town and up and down the dial
Maybe you and me were never meant to be,
But baby think of me once in awhile.
I'm at WKRP in Cincinnati.

Hello, world, here's the song that we're singin'

A whole lot of lovin' is what we'll be bringin'

We had a dream, we'd go travelin' together,
We'd spread a little lovin' then we'd keep movin' on.
Somethin' always happens whenever we're together
We get a happy feelin' when we're singing a song.
Trav'lin' along there's a song that we're singin'
C'mon get happy!
A Whole lot of lovin' is what we'll be bringin'
We'll make you happy!

Well we're movin on up, to the east side.
To a deluxe apartment in the sky.
Movin on up to the east side.
We finally got a piece of the pie.
Fish don't fry in the kitchen;
Beans don't burn on the grill.
Took a whole lotta tryin' Just to get up that hill.
Now we're up in the big leagues
Gettin' our turn at bat.
As long as we live, it's you and me baby
There ain't nothin wrong with that.
Well we're movin on up, to the East Side.
To a deluxe apartment in the sky.
Movin on up to the east side.
We finally got a piece of the pie.

Walking down the street
We get the funniest looks from
Everyone we meet.
Hey, hey we're the Monkees,
And people say we monkey around.
But we're too busy singing,
To put anybody down.
We're just trying to be friendly,
Come watch us sing and play.
We're the young generation,
And we got something to say.
Hey, hey we're the Monkees,
You never know where we'll be found.
So you'd better get ready,
We may be comin to your town

Born on a mountain top in Tennessee,
Greenest state in the land of the free.
Raised in the woods so's he knew every tree,
Killed him a bear when he was only three.
Davy, Davy Crockett King of the Wild Frontier.
Fought single handed through the Injun war,
Till the Creeks was whipped and peace was restored.
And while he was handling this risky chore,
Made himself a legend, forevermore.
Davy, Davy Crockett the man who don't know fear.
He went of to Congress and served a spell
Fixin' up the government and laws as well.
Took over Washington, I heard tell,
And patched up the crack in the Liberty Bell.
Davy, Davy Crockett, seein' his duty clear.
When he come home, his politickin' was done,
While the western march had just begun.
So he packed his gear, and his trusty gun
And lit out a grinnin' to follow the sun.

Who was bringing up three very lovely girls.
All of them had hair of gold, like their mother,
The youngest one in curls.
Here's the story, of a man named Brady,
Who was busy with three boys of his own,
They were four men, living all together,
Yet they were all alone.
Till the one day when the lady met this fellow
And they knew it was much more than a hunch,
That this group would somehow form a family.
That's the way we all became the Brady Bunch.
The Brady Bunch.

Come and listen to a story about a man named Jed
A poor mountaineer, barely kept his family fed,
Then one day he was shootin' at some food,
And up through the ground came a bubblin' crude.

Well the first thing you know ole Jed's a millionaire,

Said Californy is the place you ought to be
So they loaded up the truck and moved to Beverly.
Hills, that is. Swimmin' pools, movie stars.

"There's no need to fear, Underdog is here!"
When criminals in this world appear,
And break the laws that they should fear,
And frighten all who see or hear,
The cry goes up both far and near for
Underdog,
Speed of lightning, roar of thunder,
Fighting all who rob or plunder
Underdog, Underdog.
When in this world the headlines read
Of those who's hearts are filled with greed
And rob and steal from those in need.
To right this wrong with blinding speed goes
Underdog,
Speed of lightning, roar of thunder,
Fighting all who rob or plunder
Underdog, Underdog.

And no one can talk to a horse of course
That is, of course, unless the horse is the famous Mister Ed.
Go right to the source and ask the horse
He'll give you the answer that you'll endorse.
He's always on a steady course.
Talk to Mister Ed.
People yakkity yak a streak and waste your time of day
But Mr. Ed will never speak unless he has something to say

And this one'll talk 'til his voice is hoarse.
You never heard of a talking horse?
Well listen to this: "I'm Mister Ed."

Who can take a nothing day, and suddenly make it all seem worthwhile?
Well it's you girl, and you should know it
With each glance and every little movement you show it
Love is all around, no need to waste it
You can have a town, why don't you take it
You're gonna make it after all
How will you make it on your own?
This world is awfully big, girl this time you're all alone
But it's time you started living
It's time you let someone else do some giving
Love is all around, no need to waste it
You can have a town, why don't you take it
You're gonna make it after all

Nothin's gonna turn us back now,
Straight ahead and on the track now.
We're gonna make our dreams come true,
Doin' it our way.
There is nothing we won't try,
Never heard the word impossible.
This time there's no stopping us.
We're gonna do it.

We're gonna make our dream come true.
And we'll do it our way, yes our way.
Make all our dreams come true,
And do it our way, yes our way,
Make all our dreams come true
For me and you.

Ok, these are not lyrics, but the voice overs ast the begining of the shows, but I'd be remiss in my duty if I didn't put it in here.
"Sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit, these men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem - If no one else can help - and if you can find them - maybe you can hire the A-Team."
"Once upon a time there were three little girls who went to the police academy. And they were each assigned very hazardous duties. But I took them away from all that. And now they work for me. My name is Charlie."
"On November thirteenth Felix Unger was asked to remove himself from his place of residence. That request came from his wife. Deep down he knew she was right. But he also knew that someday he would return to her. With nowhere else to go, he appeared at the home of his childhood friend, Oscar Madison. Sometime earlier, Madison's wife had thrown him out, requesting that he never return. Can two divorced men share an apartment without driving each other crazy'"
"Doctor David Banner: Physician, Scientist. Searching for a way to tap into the hidden strengths that all humans have. Then an accidental overdose of Gamma radiation alters his body chemistry. And now when David Banner grows angry or outraged, a startling metamorphosis occurs. The creature is driven by rage, and pursued by an investigative reporter. The creature is wanted for a murder he didn't commit. David Banner is believed to be dead. And he must let the world think that he is dead, until he can find a way to control the raging spirit that dwells within him."
"Mr. McGee, don't make me angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry." (Hulk roars)
"There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area we call the Twilight Zone."
"You're traveling through another dimension, a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind; a journey into a wondrous land whose boundaries are that of imagination. That's the signpost up ahead - your next stop, the Twilight Zone!"
"You unlock this door with the key of imagination. Beyond it is another dimension - a dimension of sound, a dimension of sight, a dimension of mind. You're moving into a land of both shadow and substance, of things and ideas. You've just crossed over into the Twilight Zone!"

Sitting as you work or
Walking past me on your way somewhere.
Your dark hair falls across your eyes as
You stop to say hello and chat.
We talk about work,
I look at you
Like a sponge looks at the water.
Feeling the hunger and
Wanting to soak up the sight of you.
All of you.
Your soft, shy smile.
Your silky neck.
The subtle, sensual curves
That flow across you.
An energy flows between us.
I can feel it in your look.
I can see it in your smile.
But, more than this,
This abstract wanting,
This forlorn desire,
Is forbidden.
You go home to yours and
I go home to mine.
We are happy. Never wanting a change.
But the thought of,
What if?
And the shudder I feel inside when you are near
Make me feel even more alive than before.
I am sure you feel the same.
Some things unspoken
Still can speak volumes in the right ears.
I want to touch your hand,
Gently slide my hand up your arm,
Kiss your neck as I inhale
You freshness and warmth.
I want to feel your warmth
Pressing against me.
I want to feel your hand on my cheek,
The touch of your lips against mine.
And I want more,
So much more!
But I know that I am only imagining a fantasy.
So, I am content to subdue my desires
And subsume all that you are.
And smile as we talk about things that are
Meaningless and safe,
And watch you.
